Viable plot identification
Using our extensive experience and expertise, we are able to identify viable building plots within existing residential areas. We will happily evaluate the planning and development potential of a large garden or disused outbuilding. To begin the process, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
Land appraisal
We offer a free, no obligation appraisal of your proposed plot. We will carry out a physical inspection of your land to determine and agree its value subject to us applying for planning permission. We will never ask you to pay an upfront fee.
Design and consultation
We will liaise with our team of qualified architects and consultants to design a high-quality dwelling that meets all planning criteria and complements the style of existing properties surrounding the plot. All necessary professional drawings will be produced at this time and submitted to the local authorities.
Surveys and specialist reports
As well as working closely with our recommended team of architects, we will also oversee the collation of relevant surveys required as part of the planning application.
Planning permission application
We will submit all appropriate drawings, surveys and reports to the Local Authority on your behalf. We will inform you of the planning outcome as soon as we receive the notice from the Local Authority’s Planning Department.
Next steps
Once planning has been secured, we will purchase your land for the price agreed at the outset of the project.
